Q: I am interested in some products you supply, how can I place an order?

A: Because a large portion of our marble production is on the customized basis, we do not want you to rush to order unless you are absolutely sure what we offer is what you expect to purchase. For that purpose, we highly recommend the following ordering procedures.

First, send us a "request for quote" by either using our standard RFQ form ( link ) or by creating your own email document. Please be specific on product category, product name or ID number for any pre-built items, sizes or dimensions, color preference and quantities.

Next, we will respond to your request within 24 to 72 hours with an itemized quote, including description, unit price, total amount, freight charges, payment term, approximate delivery schedule and sample pictures if available. We may contact you for clarifications or options during this period.

Next, carefully review our quote. Do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions or need any advices.

Q:  How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

A:  In-stock items will be shipped out within 72 hours after the order is finalized. Ocean freight may take three to four month.

Q: How can I be assured quality and specification conformity of the products?


A:  Our craftsmanship can be judged by the products displayed in this site. If requested, we may send you the pictures of actual raw stones of your selection before fabrication. Moreover, all our products are backed up by a money back guarantee.

Q:  What is your "money back guarantee" policy?


A:  If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the products received, you can return them to us within seven days. We will gladly refund you total purchase prices less shipping and handling charges. Please make sure the returning products are properly packed and insured with your shipping carrier.  We will not take returns on damaged products caused by any improper handlings after delivery.

Q: What should I do if I receive the product broken or damaged?


A:  This should not happen as we have developed an unique method to pack and safely ship stone products. In case any damages incurred, please send us a claim with pictures attached as soon as possible (no later than 72 hours). We will dispatch our carrier to do inspection. After necessary review / verification are conducted and the the claim with the carrier are granted, or the damage belongs to original defects, we will arrange to produce replacement parts for you.
